Our Cancellation Policy

By booking, you authorize Gentle Dove Wellness LLC or its agents to charge your credit card a no-show fee of up to 100% of the scheduled amount if you miss your appointment without prior notification.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule to ensure the next client’s session runs on time.
By booking, you authorize Gentle Dove Wellness LLC or its agents to charge a $25.00 cancellation fee if you cancel your booking with less than 24 hours' notice.

In the event of severe weather conditions that may impact safety, we prioritize the well-being of our clients and staff.
If a severe weather alert is issued for the local area, Gentle Dove Wellness LLC, or its agents, reserves the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice.

Class Cancellations & No Shows

After registering for a class or workshop, you must notify us before the registration cut-off date, which is seven calendar days before the class or workshop date, if you need to cancel or reschedule due to a personal emergency or event. Gentle Dove Wellness LLC or its agents will allow you to transfer your payment to a future class or workshop scheduled within 90 days of the original class or workshop date.

By registering for a class or workshop, you authorize Gentle Dove Wellness LLC or its agents to charge a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the class or workshop fee if you miss it without prior notification of cancellation.

By registering for a class or workshop, you authorize Gentle Dove Wellness LLC or its agents to charge a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the class or workshop fee if you cancel after the registration cut-off date, which is seven calendar days before the class or workshop.

Gentle Dove Wellness LLC or its agents may, at its sole discretion, waive or alter its cancellation fee based on the facts of the cancellation.

In the event of a severe weather alert in the local area, Gentle Dove Wellness LLC or its agents reserves the right to reschedule any class or workshop with less than 24 hours' notice. If the new class date is not convenient for you, you may choose to attend a different upcoming class or workshop. Your payment for the original class will be credited toward the new class or workshop.

If an additional balance is due for the replacement class or workshop, Gentle Dove Wellness LLC or its agents will issue an invoice for payment via email to the email address provided at the time of registration for the original class prior to the replacement class or workshop date. If the cost of the new class or workshop is less than your initial payment, Gentle Dove Wellness LLC or its agents will issue a refund to you within 7 days of the selection of the replacement class or workshop.

If no classes or workshops are available within a 90-day period, Gentle Dove Wellness LLC or its agents will issue a full refund of your payment within 14 days of the cancellation.
