​​Healing Sessions:

If we find it necessary to cancel your session,

We will notify you immediately via phone and/or email if we must cancel your session.  A refund for any payment made to us will be issued to you within no later than 24 hours.  We will notify you no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.  There are times when this is not possible (such as in cases of emergency or illness) 

We understand that circumstances beyond your control may occur, and you may need to cancel your session with less than 24 hours notice. When this happens, please read our policy below.

In the event you cancel with more than 24 hours notice:

We will ask if you would like to reschedule your session for a later date. 

In the event you cancel your session appointment with less than 24 hours notice: 

 We reserve the right to charge a $50.00 cancellation but, under certain circumstances, we may waive this charge.

Classes/Workshops/Events:

If we cancel:

For any class, workshop, or event for any reason such as insufficient student registration, or a weather-related reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you either a full refund of your prepayment or a full credit of your prepayment which can be applied toward any other class, workshop or event, This payment credit will be valid for 90 days from the date of the original class, workshop or event, if unused within the 90 days, or you forfeit the full amount of the credit. 

In the event you cancel or are a "no-show":

Payments of $100 or less

Any class, workshop, or event fee of $100 or less

• Your fee is not refundable*.  We offer a credit in the full amount paid that can be applied to a future class, workshop, or event.  This credit must be redeemed within 90 days or you forfeit the full amount of the credit. 
  

Payment of more than $100

For any class/workshop/event fee over $100- 

• if cancellation is made within more than 14 days before the date of class, you are entitled to a refund of 50% of your payment or you can request a full credit toward another class, workshop, or event. This payment credit will be valid for 90 days from the date of the original class, workshop, or event, if unused within the 90 days, or you forfeit the full amount of the credit.   
  
• if cancellation is made within 14 days or less before the date of class, you will not be eligible to receive a refund. however, you may request a full credit be issued that can be applied toward any other class, workshop, or event, which can be applied toward any other class, workshop or event, This payment credit will be valid for 90 days from the date of the original class, workshop, or event, if unused within the 90 days, or you forfeit the full amount of the credit.  

We understand that unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances can prevent you from attending one of our classes, workshops, or events.   Please note that we may choose to deviate from this policy to your benefit if we believe your situation warrants us doing so.

You will need to follow up immediately (same day) by sending an email letting us know your preference for the options available as outlined in our cancellation policy. We will follow up with a confirmation email within 24 hours.
