​​Healing Sessions:


If we find it necessary to cancel your session,

We will notify you immediately via phone and/or email if we must cancel your session.  A refund for any payment made to us will be issued to you within no later than 48 hours.  We will make every effort to notify you no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.  There are times when this is not possible (such as in cases of emergency or illness) 


We understand there will be circumstances beyond your control and you may find you must cancel your session with less than 48 hours' notice. When this happens  ... please read below for our policy.

 

In the event you cancel with more than 48 hours notice:

We will ask if you would like to reschedule your session for a later date. 


In the event you cancel your session appointment with less than 48 hours notice: 

The first such cancellation will not incur a fee if you reschedule for a later date. 


After the first cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice or no-show:

 A cancellation charge of $35.00 will be charged.   We maintain the right to charge the fee but under certain circumstances, we may choose to waive this cancellation charge.


 

Classes/Workshops/Events:


If we cancel:

For any class, workshop, or event for any reason such as insufficient student registration, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you either a full refund of your prepayment or a credit in the amount of your payment which can be applied toward any other class, workshop or event, This payment credit will be valid for 90 days from the date of the cancellation of the original class, workshop or event.


We understand that unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances can happen that prevent you from attending one of our classes, workshops, or events,  When this happens....  please read below for our policy.


In the event you cancel or are a "no-show":


Payments of $100 or less

Any class, workshop, or event with fee payments under $100 are not refundable*. 

We will offer a credit in the amount paid in advance that you can apply to a future class, workshop, or event.  This payment credit must be redeemed within 90 days from the date of your cancellation or you will forfeit the full amount of the credit. 


Payment of more than $100

Any class/workshop/event fee payment over $100 is partially cash refundable* if cancellation is made within 14 days before class.  All cancellations within less than 14 days before the class are non-refundable.  We will, however, allow a one-time transfer of the full amount of the prepayment credit to another class/workshop.  This transfer of your prepayment credit must be redeemed within 90 days from the date of your original cancellation or you forfeit this prepayment credit in full.


 *All class/workshop/event fee prepayment of over $100.00 is only 50% cash refundable. 


How do I let you know?

The cancellation notice must be in writing. 

 If you are eligible for a refund, written notification of cancellation must be made and delivered to us via our email (info@gentledovewellness.com)
